A Day Excursion Into the Wild

Experience epic beauty and breath taking views. 15 minutes south of Olympia and about an hour and a half from the Space Needle, Mt. St. Helens, ocean beaches and Hood Canal. 


The atmosphere is family-friendly and laid back. The resort lends itself to the tranquility of the lake that is open for fishing all year. 


Venture off into the wild and explore the wolf heaven sanctuary. Find yourself in a beautiful, natural, serene atmosphere. Go on to lunch-in on the lake side of a family owned restaurant retreat and indulge in drifting away into the sunset on the water boating or kayaking.

This activity will improve long-term sleep patterns, enhance physical and mental health, and boost overall resiliency and emotional balance

As the body is immersed in this nap, subconsciously we also untangle the different layers of our being. These layers are of the body's suite, breath, mind, intelligence and bliss leading to the pure, unbound and infinite potential Self. In days following this session, you will hear the roars of wisdom bubbling up from the depths. 

Both beginner and advanced levels are welcome! Recommended for ages 10 and up (children who are able to remain quiet and non-disruptive are welcome and chaperone is advised).

Meditation with Intention

Wellness Coach

The intention of meditation is to be at peace while staying in the present moment and open to the experience. Together, through breathing practice, we will focus our inner-chi on internal empowering process, and thus external healing

You are asked to consider or write down (1) something to let go of; (2) what part of YOU desires healing and (3) someone or something you know that desires healing. 

This is a physically relaxing session full of pure psychological and spiritual intention. Recommended for all meditator levels.


Older teens are welcome preferably with an adult chaperone first time or with prior approval from instructor for future sessions.

This metaphysical class will introduce children to the crystal realms. In each class we will pull out a different type of crystal and learn its physical and metaphysical properties.


Children will learn how to use crystals for healing, meditation, and grounding. We will incorporate creative expression and mindfulness mediation in each class.

Let the water flow (smell, sound and visuals) take away your fears and embrace the natural, synchronistic perfectly Devine flow of life. Walk out as a renewed person ready to shine your light out into the world.


 In spring, the rhododendrons, one of many native plants in the park, add beauty to the area when they bloom, generally around early May. In September and October, watch the fish ladder, where silvery salmon make their way upstream into the ponds of the fishery.
