We are a community of true Leaders and wish to see our people (be it children, eldery, and everyone in between) engaged in a positive, progressive, intuitive, inspiring, kind and wholistic way. Outlined below is a fun Wednesdays After Noon program designed to engage individuals in the immediate local community. We recommend this program is adopted at many other locations as it supports local business, parents, employees/employers and our ever-evolving population. We work together in harmony!

1:00PM - 2:00 PM - Yoga (10 min into /warm up, 30 min yoga, 10 min relaxation, mingle and depart)

2:00PM - 3:00 PM - Arts & Crafts DIY take your creations home (healthy smothies, plants, wind chimes, mushrooms growing kits, acrylic pouring art, etc)

3:00 - 4:00PM - Outdoor Discovery (start with the Magic of Me and discover yourself in nature), outdoor play rain or shine

4:00PM - 5:00PM - Cooking Together ("What's for dinner?" Simple, quick and soul nourishing ideas )

5:00PM - 6:30PM - Movie Time (Be Inspired & Informed)
