Working with Animals: 

We live on Planet Earth, the Living Library, and it's only natural that we would live in symbiosis with the animal kingdom.

Working with horses gives us the opportunity to remember that we are one part of a whole system of life, and that all beings are essentially one. Equine-Assisted Activities (EAA) incorporates therapeutic horseback riding, equine-assisted learning and psychotherapy, horse grooming, and stable management, shows, parades, demonstrations, and the like. Therapeutic riding is an equine-assisted activity for the purpose of contributing positively to the cognitive, physical, emotional and social well-being of individuals. Benefits of therapeutic riding include improved balance, strength, range of motion, coordination/motor skills and faster reflex, improved respiration and circulation and sensory integration. It provides benefits in the areas of health, education, sport and recreation and leisure.

  This experience provides us balance, tranquility, calmness, care and compassion and an ability to see our own reflections in this relationship.

Braille Trail & Intuitive Sensing: 

Embrace your intuition and senses of smell, touch and hearing at the Gifford Pinchot National Forest and Cispus Learning Center. The purpose of Cispus Learning Center is to support improvement of the K-12 educational programs for the students in the schools of the State of Washington. Adjacent to the Cispus Environmental Learning Center is a network of moderately used trails that lead to two waterfalls along Covel Creek. the Cutrain Falls trail contains a part of a hike that follows the Cispus Braille Trail, a yellow-roped loop for the vision-impared. Following the scratchy rope is a great way to open up the conversation for how we use our senses when we hike, and what it would mean if we could "see" the forest around us without the eye sight. This was a great opportunity to "in-vision" through our 3rd eye and expand on sense of perception and knowing.

Evolution At Its Best:

Amazing and fun experience to watch caterpillars evolve into butterflies.  Better yet, it's an incredible understanding to see (in your life time) a Spirit change from one body to the next.

Food for thought! Butterflies are empowering symbols to remind us that we are the makers of our own destiny. They are a symbol of happiness and rebirth. Caterpillars release all  that they have been identified with; surrender to their yearning that there is more and step into the stillness of potentiality. It is a signal to retreat to our inner being, cocoon itself to prayer and meditation, one emerges awakened and ready to fly. The answer is within. A butterflies life is short and emphasizes the need to enjoy the now and be present. Their direction encourages us to overcome the fears of the mind, to shed the ego and soar the Earth. When the ego is released, the potential flourishes in a greater alignment with the Divine. Butterflies use sun and internal compass to navigate their epic journey. 

Kids loved releasing them, saying good bye and welcoming the butterflies to come visit again. It is an opportunity to change ones thoughts and create a more vibrant planet. We all yearn to experience metamorphosis into a higher octave of Being. Butterflies encourage us to drop what no longer serves us.

Inner Work:

From young to aging-meditation, emotional relaxation and spiritual inner work is the activity to bring peace and balance in the present moment and create desired life to come. It builds self esteem,  intuition and the connection to the Universal mind and the Soul. From that state of Being, any expression into the world is  a heart-felt love for life no matter what comes along.

Nourishing Your Soul:

Explore alternative ways to nourish your body, mind and Soul. The abundance of home grown tomatoes resulted in a home made spaghetti sauce! The experience created an amazing opportunity to work together in the kitchen with the little humans and discover what nutritious food really means. The spaghetti sauce was alive with fresh energy and we all agreed it was the best spaghetti we ever had! 


Octopus & Seahorse:

A plush toy gift resulted in quest for learning about the Octopus and a Seahorse. This seemingly random event presented an amazing opportunity to deep dive into the unique physiological aspects of these species and use technology for a progressive purpose. How different are they? How alike are we all!?

The Process of Psychotherapy:

What a magnificent journey of psycho-spiritual assimilation this time line has been! I am so inspired to share the resources that I've been guided. In search for a "right" therapist in an effort to take responsibility for my mental health and lead a healthier and happier, more balanced life, I came in touch with many extraordinary souls in psychotherapy profession. However, it was this particular exert from my beloved Course in Miracles published by the Foundation for Inner Peace that resonated the most. This is about human connection and resulting healing through frequency attunement (Atonement). We are each other therapists in a healthy sense of the understanding! :) 

All relationships or instances of coming together in creation are like 1-second patient-therapist sessions and if you listen closely, a form will appear to manifest that which you need to know whether or not it is physically visible to your eyes.  

Everyone who is sent to you is a patient of yours. ²This does not mean that you select him, nor that you choose the kind of treatment that is suitable. ³But it does mean that no one comes to you by mistake. ⁴There are no errors in God’s plan. ⁵It would be an error, however, to assume that you know what to offer everyone who comes. ⁶This is not up to you to decide. (ACIM, P-3.I.1:1-6)

Who, then, decides what each brother needs? ²Surely not you, who do not yet recognize who he is who asks. ³There is Something in him that will tell you, if you listen. ⁴And that is the answer; listen. ⁵Do not demand, do not decide, do not sacrifice. ⁶Listen. ⁷What you hear is true. (ACIM, P-3.I.2:1-7)

Your patients need not be physically present for you to serve them in the Name of God. ²This may be hard to remember, but God will not have His gifts to you limited to the few you actually see. ³You can see others as well, for seeing is not limited to the body’s eyes. ⁴Some do not need your physical presence. ⁵They need you as much, and perhaps even more, at the instant they are sent. ⁶You will recognize them in whatever way can be most helpful to both of you. ⁷It does not matter how they come. ⁸They will be sent in whatever form is most helpful; a name, a thought, a picture, an idea, or perhaps just a feeling of reaching out to someone somewhere. ⁹The joining is in the hands of the Holy Spirit. ¹⁰It cannot fail to be accomplished. (ACIM, P-3.I.3:1-10)

A holy therapist, an advanced teacher of God, never forgets one thing; he did not make the curriculum of salvation, nor did he establish his part in it. ²He understands that his part is necessary to the whole, and that through it he will recognize the whole when his part is complete. ³Meanwhile he must learn, and his patients are the means sent to him for his learning. ⁴What could he be but grateful for them and to them? ⁵They come bearing God. (ACIM, P-3.I.4:1-5)

In that strange dream a strange correction must enter, for only that is the call to awake. ⁹And what else should therapy be? ¹⁰Awake and be glad, for all your sins have been forgiven you. ¹¹This is the only message that any two should ever give each other. (ACIM, P-3.II.4:8-11
